SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. 

Same day shipping only on orders placed before 3PM (Central). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

SAME DAY SHIPPING on orders placed before 3pm Central, (excluding LTL truck shipments). On truck shipments, if quick delivery is important request split shipments. LTL truck shipments placed before 12 noon will ship the same day.

Orders are shipped by Westlund's choice of carrier and by standard service.

Simply call and give customer service the original order number and item#(s) to be returned.
• Return SHIPPING cost is PAID by WESTLUND (customer service will send you a PREPAID call tag)
• NO RESTOCKING FEE on stocked items
• Credit is applied to your original invoice
• Returns accepted up to 6 months from the order date
* Returns must be in saleable condition with original package. Special order items are returnable with manufacturer's approval (25% restock fee applies). Custom made items are non-returnable.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.

Terms and Conditions

CLAIMS Defective Material must be reported within 30 days after receipt and must be held for inspection and disposition. Use of a product shall constitute acceptance and satisfaction with material. Shortages must be reported within 2 business days after receipt. Freight damaged Items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. (Save all packaging, inspection by carrier may be required prior to paying claim)

WARRANTY Liability is limited to the value of manufacturers warranties. No liability for damage to property or person caused by purchased material will be assumed. No guarantee is made for the accuracy of specifications, suitability or descriptions in the catalog. Westlund does not assume liability for labor, time, or expense incurred.

PRICING All price quotes expire within 30 days from date of original quote, unless otherwise stated. All catalog prices are subject to change without notice.

SALES TAX: States are allowed to collect sales tax from businesses selling into their state on the internet. We are forced to collect sales tax for the states that have decided to take advantage of this rule.
